Apple devices not appearing in 360 when connected
After plugging in an Apple device, if it does not appear in 360 please check the possible causes below to resolve the issue.
Good Quality Cables
Check the USB cables you are using are of a good quality and not damaged. Ideally genuine Apple cables should be used but they can be expensive if you require a lot of them so using a cheaper alternative is possible but you can run into issues with them being of a lower quality.
Under Powered Or Faulty USB Hub
If you use a USB hub to connect multiple devices at once it may be that the USB hub does not provide enough power to cope with all the devices you have connected. Our recommended specifications list states a good quality powered USB hub is required especially when you are doing Secure Datawipe.

- Try other cables already connected to the PC
- Try a genuine Apple cable
- If you have iTunes installed on the same PC that will break our ability to communicate with the Apple devices. Uninstall iTunes and then download and install Driver Manager from the dashboard
