Resellers, retailers, and enterprise refurb operations all faced the same question: how do you confirm that a used pair of AirPods is authentic, functional, and ready for resale?

Scan and pair
 Open the case, hold the pairing button until the LED flashes white. Blackbelt360 discovers the device via Bluetooth and initiates pairing.

Device data capture
Serial numbers, model, firmware, battery levels, and Activation Lock status are automatically retrieved and recorded.

Audio and mic testing

The guided hearing check tests each earbud individually. The mic test captures a measured dB reading for an objective, recorded pass/fail result.

As part of a professional bench setup, a compatible AirPods jig is recommended to hold the earbuds securely during the audio test.

Result linked and printable
All data is tied to the transaction record in Blackbelt360. Print the diagnostic report for every unit as part of your standard workflow.
