Factory Reset and Remove Cloud Locks

Open Startup Security Utility 

1. Turn on your Mac, then press and hold Command (⌘)-R immediately after you see the Apple logo. Your Mac starts up from macOS Recovery. 

1. When you're asked to select a user you know the password for, select the user, click Next, then enter their administrator password.  

1. When you see the macOS utilities window, choose Utilities > Startup Security Utility from the menu bar. 

1. When you're asked to authenticate, click Enter macOS Password, then choose an administrator account and enter its password. 

Select these options : No Security and Allow booting from external or removable media 

1. Log in to Blackbelt PC wipe
2. Select the program menu in the top right hand corner,select 'USB Config'
3. Click the ‘reset configuration button’  
4. The pen drive configuration dialogue will appear,Click yes 
5. Click the 'Start Configuration' button 
6. Then Insert the USB flash drive that has Blackbelt PC Wipe installed,once flash drive appears then click the 'Save' button. 

1. Insert the USB flash drive. 
2. Open Blackbelt PCWipe and log in. 
3. Go to the Menu (hamburger icon) and select the "Update Pendrive", and the "Pendrive bootable" tab. 
4. Choose the "Device" and select the ISO image file and click Start.
